Deposit policies
- 30% total of charge per person is required to hold your reservation.
- For reservations made one week before the tour departure date, the customer will be charged the full price of the tour in advance.
- Special policy: No deposit for late reservation on the same day or one day before tour departing date.

We recommend you can transfer the deposit via VTC Pay service ( transfer fees = 2.8%) and Paypal service(transfer fee = 4.4%). It is easier, faster and cheaper.
Please let us know when you have sent the deposit, We will let you know when we received your money.
Please pay the transfer fees when you process the deposit.
Cancelation / Refund
- If you cancel your reservation 15 days before your tour date, your payment deposit will be refunded 100% to you.
- If you cancel your reservation 7 days before your tour date, your payment deposit will be refunded 30% to you.
- No refunds will be given for reservations canceled less than 7 days before your tour date.
Note: If we cancel your tour due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, we will give you a full refund or change your tour date ( if possible ) .we will either try to contact you by email or leave a message at your hotel.
Final Payment
Final payment is to be made by cash or credit card at our office or at your hotel on your arrival date in Cat Ba Island.
Agreement
Bank and/or transfer fees are not included in any of our deposit fees for our tours, tickets, and reservation services. Customers are responsible for paying for any additional fees.
For final payment is at our office:
- if you pay by cash there is no fee.
- if you pay by credit card, visa, master…there will be a 3% transaction fee on the total balance of your payment.
