Tour information:
Cat Ba Victor Tours offers a 2 day / 1 night boat trip. For travelers who wish to experience the full wonder of the world heritage site, this is a great option. Weave amongst the hundreds of small and big limestone karsts, kayak through rock arches to hidden lagoons. Explore magical caves. Relax in the less touristy areas and swim in the sparkling turquoise water or laze on quiet, white sandy beaches in the bay. You will spend the night on the boat and wake up to a mystical morning on the water. You will also enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisines and fresh seafood (caught right in the bay) on the boat.
DETAILED ITINERARY:
1st Day:
8 AM: You transfer to a tourist boat for a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald water of Lan Ha Bay. You will enjoy its wonderful natural sceneries with hundreds of different shaped islands namely Clog , Candle, Toad, Frog, Tortoise, Finger, chopstick islets etc…You visit fish farms, float fishing villages where you can see the daily life of local fishermen, living, working on the sea all year round and their culture.
10 AM: The boat continues your cruise in such wonderful site of Ha long bay. kayak at your leisure through rock arches to hidden lagoons and limestone tunnels to discover the Light- Dark Cave.
At noon: Local fresh seafood lunch is served on the boat, (vegetarian or diet food, please advise).
Afternoon time: The boat will reach further and stop at Three Peaches Beach area ( a private beach is chosen ) for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling to see coral reefs and wild marine life.
Late afternoon: You will enjoy the sunset on the bay and spend a romantic night on the boat.
2nd Day:
AM: Sunrise breakfast, rising to the sound of ocean coming to life for another lovely day. And then, the boat will cruise to less touristy areas for your personal quiet time. Visit beautiful Dau Be island, swimming, relaxing on a deserted beach, and also kayaking through tunnels to discover 3 hidden lagoons, namely “Three Tunnel Lake”.
At noon: have fresh seafood lunch on the boat, raising a cheer to your friends
Afternoon time: you get on Monkey Island beach for relaxing, swimming and hiking up to a mountain top to view the entire Lan Ha Bay and take memorable photos.
Late afternoon: the boat returns to the harbor to end the tour.
- Our bus driver will take you back to Cat Ba Town for one more night on the island or you can go back to mainland on the same day ( Note: the last transport leaving the island is at 4 pm)
