This tour is organized for travelers who like to include cycling, hiking in rain forests, kayaking, snorkeling, and swimming in their trip on the bay.
DETAILED ITINERARY:
1ST DAY:
AT NOON: You transfer to a boat and cruise through Lan Ha bay. You will enjoy its wonderful natural sceneries with numerous different shaped islands namely Clog, Candle, Toad, Tortoise, Finger, chopstick, pencil islets etc…You will pass by fish farms, float fishing villages where you can see the daily life of local fishermen, living, working on the sea all year round.
- Local fresh seafood lunch is served on the boat, (vegetarian or diet food, please advise).
- The boat continues cruising to lovely Ha Long Bay to discover the most amazing seascapes. You will do kayaking through rock arches to hidden lagoons and tunnels to discover the Light- Dark Cave.
4PM: The boat stops at Three Peach Beach area (a private beach is chosen) for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling to see coral reefs and wild marine life.
LATE AFTERNOON: You will enjoy the sunset on the bay, having dinner and spend a romantic night on the boat.
2ND DAY:
AM: After breakfast, you will cruise to Viet Hai village pier where you start cycling on a 6 km lovely road in fresh air along the coastline, through a valley, a tunnel, a rice field to Viet Hai village in the middle of Cat Ba national park. There are about 200 residents here.
- At the village, you will relax, walk around and meet friendly local people and see their daily life, culture and also visit some old houses made by special ways of mud, rice tree and bamboo.
11 AM: have fresh seafood lunch on the boat, raising a cheer to your friends, and then the boat returns to the harbor. Our bus driver will take you back to Cat Ba town to finish the trip.
- You can stay one more night on the island or go back to mainland on the same day (Note: the last transport leaving the island is at 4 pm).
