Tour information:
This tour is organized for travelers who like to include cycling, hiking in rain forests, kayaking, snorkeling, and swimming in their trip on the bay.
DETAILED ITINERARY:
1st Day:
AM: Get on a boat and cruise around Lan Ha Bay. You will enjoy its wonderful natural sceneries with numerous different shaped islands namely Clog, Candle, Toad, Frog, Tortoise, Finger, chopstick islets etc…You will visit fish farms, float fishing villages where you can see the daily life of local fishermen, living, working on the sea all year round and their culture.
- The boat continues cruising to lovely Ha Long Bay to discover the most amazing seascapes. You will do kayaking through rock archways to hidden lagoons and tunnels to discover the Light- Dark Cave.
At noon: Local fresh seafood lunch is served on the boat, (vegetarian or diet food, please advise).
Afternoon time: The boat will reach further and stop at Three Peach Beach area (a private beach is chosen) for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling to see coral reefs and wild marine life.
- You will enjoy the sunset on the bay and spend a romantic night on the boat.
2nd Day:
AM: After breakfast, you will cruise to Viet Hai village pier where you start cycling on a 6 km lovely road in fresh air along the coastline, through a valley, a tunnel, a rice field to Viet Hai village in the middle of Cat Ba national park.
- At the village, you will hike 45 minutes to a 300 m high Hai Quan Peak that is known as "Roof of the Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba National Park" . You also can see many beautiful and unique scenes on the walkway to this highest point. When you reach the highest point, from there you can enjoy panorama view of the Park, Lan Ha, Ha Long Bay, even far Ha Long City and also take memorable photos. Then, you hike down to the village and cycle back to the pier for the boat.
AT NOON: have fresh seafood lunch on the boat, raising a cheer to your friends and relaxing here!
PM TIME: The boat will cruise and may stop at a beautiful place where you will swim, kayak, relax…and then the boat returns to the harbor. Our bus driver will take you back to Cat Ba town to finish the trip.
- You can stay one more night on the island or go back to mainland on the same day (Note: the last transport leaving the island is at 4 pm).
